Here are some of our favorite places to go, eat, and shop! We will update this page regularly as we find new places. If you have suggestions, please send them to us on the About Us! page.
Grocery Stores (click on the arrow)
Winn Dixie: 3905 A1A South (6.1 miles). From condo, turn right on A1A and drive 6.1 miles.
Publix: 1033 A1A Beach Blvd, Anastasia Plaza, St. Augustine Beach (6.2 miles). From condo, turn right on A1A and go 6.2 miles. There is a Starbucks, a Super Cuts (hair) and several restaurants.
Winn Dixie: 181 Blackford Way (it faces US-1). Turn right out of condo on A1A and go 2 miles. Turn left on Hwy 206 and go 3.8 miles. Turn right on US-1. In about 2 miles, you will see a Walgreens on the left and the Winn Dixie is right behind it.
Publix at Moultrie Square: 4255 US-1 (10 miles). This shopping center has a Publix, a separate Publix Liquors, a UPS store, a post office, a Chinese restaurant, an Italian restaurant and a Great Clips (hair). It is across the street from a Dunkin Donuts and a Zaxbys. On the way to Walmart.
Walmart: 2355 US-1 (13 miles). There are plenty of restaurants, Ponce de Leon Mall, oil change, florists, Advance Auto Parts, etc in the area.
Aldi: 1773 US-1 (11 miles). Turn right out of condo on A1A and go 8.4 miles. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto State Rte 312W. Go 2.6 miles and then turn right on US1-N.

CVS: 1920 A1A South. (8.3 miles) Turn right on A1A
Walgreens: 3975 A1A South (5.7 miles) Turn right on A1A
Walgreens: 116 Blackford Way (5.6 miles). See directions to Winn Dixie on Blackford Way above.
CVS 46 E. Watson Road (10 miles). Same directions as to Publix at Moultrie Square. CVS is on the right just before you get to Publix.

Safe Harbor Restaurant Turn right out of condo on A1A and drive 1.94 miles on right. Nothing fancy but they have great gumbo and good service.
The Commander's Shellfish Camp Turn right out of condo on A1A and drive .5 miles on left.
World Famous Oasis Restaurant Right out of the condo on A1A and it’s on the right in 6 miles. Another of our favorite places to go. The grilled fish tacos are the best we’ve found.
Tony's Pizza Turn right out of condo, 1.7 miles. 6975 A1A S#2

JT’s Seafood Shack (turn left on A1A out of condo and go 11 miles. It is on the right). Worth the drive!!
River & Fort 12 Avenida Menendez, St. Augustine. One of the nicer restaurants in St. Augustine. $$$. Do not overlook the French Dip Sandwich. It is great!
Ice Cream: There are MANY local ice cream shops and we intend to try them all; however, if you haven’t tried a Culver’s frozen custard, there is one at 3433 US Hwy 1 (7.7 miles) and it is one of our favorites.
