We have been upgrading, replacing, and repairing at Windjammer 206.  In May, we added new furniture, new bed spreads and pillows, and new pictures.   In July there was more preventative maintenance and a lot of cleaning to make your stay more comfortable AND we added Windjammer 304 (click on the link or go to www.windjammer304.com).

Now it's October and we are back for several upgrades.  We've read and listened to your comments and suggestions.  

• St. John's Doors and Windows rebuilt all 3 patio doors with new sliders, new locks, and new tracks.  They are now so easy to open and close.  

• The plumbers are here repairing the toilet and sink in the guest bathroom, replacing the kitchen faucet, and installing a new hot water tank. 

• We have also added:

  • New lighting.

  • New curtains and drapes.

  • New furniture on both patios

  • A new TV in the Master.

  • A new blender in the kitchen and...

• And last and certainly not least - there are new beds and mattresses in all 3 bedrooms!

COMING SOON!  AT&T is now installing the new fiber network all the way down A1A and this means FASTER internet and STREAMING TV is on the way.  Projected completion date is January 2024.  Stay Tuned for Updates!

We just finished a week at Windjammer 206 cleaning, repairing, and installing.  A quick recap - we first saw this condo late last year and had to have it.  You can watch the sunrise over the Atlantic on one side and the sunset over the Intercoastal on the other.  In just a few short months we have been transforming Windjammer 206 into the beach vacation home  we can share with you.

On this trip, we set a new world record for the number of trips to Lowe's and Walmart.  We deep cleaned the entire condo from top to bottom.  We even scrubbed under the hot water heater and the HVAC unit.  PLUS:

• All 4 sliding glass doors leading to the Atlantic Ocean porch and the Intercoastal porch have been repaired, cleaned, and silicone applied so they open and close with ease.  

• We've added safety locks to the sliding doors to give an extra layer of security for you and your family.  

• There are new power strips with USB charging ports in every room

• New curtains

• Laminated TV channel guides so you never have to wonder how to find your favorite show.  

• A new Guest Information Guide full of important information and recommendations.
